Limited LIFETIME Warranty for The Great Grip TERMS and CONDITIONS
What is covered?
The Great Grip Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, under normal use.
The warranty covers REPLACEMENT only. The Replacement will be for the same model Grip you
are claiming, i.e. no exchanges for a different model.
What is NOT covered?
Does not cover damages from misuse or damage caused by but not limited to:
the owner modifying, attempting to fix, or otherwise altering the product.
What is the Length of the Warranty?
This warranty lasts for the lifetime of the Great Grip, however, coverage ends when the product becomes unusable for reasons other than defects in workmanship or material. For example, unusable after normal wear and tare from acceptable use.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Begin by Contacting us, the manufacturer/seller, by email at: Warranty@TheGreatGrip.com
- The model (or color) of the grip requiring warranty service.
- Date of Purchase (approximate date if exact date is unavailable)
- Place or website of purchase
- If available the order number, or Name and address of purchaser.
The customer will be responsible the shipping charges to return the damaged item.
After contacting us by email you will receive an email containing WAN (Warranty Authorization Number), shipping instructions along with the PayPal account to pay for the shipping and
handling fee ($5.00)
How do I ship the damaged Grip back to You?
You may send the grip by FIRST CLASS Mail.
Along with the grip include, Your address, phone number & email address.
Also the WAN (Warranty Authorization Number) we emailed to you
as well as a printed receipt of the PayPal payment for the $5.00 Shipping and Handling.
Please allow 2 weeks to receive your replacement.
